Gene Stoner's M-16 was as revolutionary of a design as Hugo Schmeisser's work a generation earlier. However, our new Schmeisser weapons take the original Stoner design to a whole new quality level. Currently our Military and Law Enforcement Schmeisser weapons encompass AR-15s, M-16s, M4s and the new-for-2012 Solid Line. They are all produced to the newest and most exacting dimensions and tolerances, using cutting edge manufacturing techniques, machinery, materials and coatings to ensure the greatest possible accuracy, durability and exceptional reliability. As all our products are produced to Mil-Spec standards, you can rest assured that all of our components are compatible with your other fielded AR-15/M-16 based weapons.

After dealing wholesale in AR-15s throughout Europe for over 15 years, we knew the weak points of the AR-15/M-16 weapons produced by other manufacturers. We designed our versions to eliminate these problems, through design modifications, upgraded materials and special coatings previously used only in the aerospace industry, virtually producing a completely new weapon from an old design. To achieve our goal of producing the best Mil-Spec AR-15/M-16 weapons available anywhere, we source all major components from suppliers in Germany. These German Mil-Spec certified suppliers produce components to our exacting specifications. For example, we use renowned Walther Lothar barrels, which are cold forged for exceptional durability, and special ThyssenKrupp steel sourced directly from the mill which we use to make the bolt components. Our receivers are made out of batch-tested Mil-Spec 7075 T6 aluminum and are drop-forged in our own specially made dies, rather than milled from billet stock. This more expensive manufacturing process ensures a much higher strength receiver by hardening the surface of the aluminum as well as improving the internal grain structure of the material. The surface grain structure is not disturbed by machining operations as it would be in milled billet aluminum receivers.Thus we are able to ensure a consistently high quality as well as short delivery times for our products. We constantly monitor the quality of our component suppliers and of our manufacturing processes to provide you with the very best product possible, a weapon you can depend on to give you many years of highly accurate, trouble-free performance. Looking ahead, we will be introducing new, innovative products on an on-going basis such as our recently introduced Solid Line.
